Legal & General Franchising Ltd was originally established in September 1992.
In October 2005, Legal & General Franchising Ltd started to trade as Xperience, an identity that is designed to communicate the many years of experience the network has to offer from within the estate agency business.
Today there are over 80 estate agency branches operating under 4 brand names; Ellis & Co, Parkers, C J Hole and Whitegates
Each brand is respected within its area of operation having traded for at least 30 years and in some cases over 160 years.
Whitegates operate in the North, North West, North East, North Wales and the Midlands. C J Hole operate in the South West and South Wales. Parkers operate in the Thames Valley and the South. Ellis & Co operate in London, the South East and East Anglia.
