    £25,000 + VAT (the franchise fee) plus working capital and office refurbishment. The working capital depends on the location and type of office. Typically £50,000 liquid capital is required in addition to bank finance.

    No experience is necessary as full training is provided and in many cases experienced staff will be employed.
  3. How can I realise my investment?
    At any time during the period of your franchise term you can sell the business to a purchaser approved by the franchisor. We will assist you in finding the right purchaser at the best price.
  4. I have an existing estate agency and lettings business, can I take a franchise?
    Yes, we have offices that have been rebranded to take advantage of a wider network, reduced costs, higher profile and business support.
  5. Do I have to find my own premises?
    We will help you locate the most suitable premises for your operation. We have the services of a professional organisation to search, negotiate and complete the relevant lease.
