The Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards have recently taken place. The great news is that Xperience won Gold awards in the two categories we entered. Firstly we won Franchisor of the Year, beating off some stiff competition to win this category. Secondly we won the Technology & Online award beating a whole host of large companies. This is a real recognition of the power of our new websites, social networking, the software systems and iPad innovations.

Franchise Package

Xperience offers comprehensive franchise packages covering both residential lettings, residential sales and the ability to include financial services.  It is possible to take a residential lettings only or a residential sales and lettings option.

We offer exclusive territories of operation that are designed to maximise the market potential .  We carefully  research the areas, in conjunction with the prospective franchisee, and can access  up to date market intelligence to determine the suitability of a given area.

Requirements

To protect the interests of our customers and franchisees, we are fiercely protective of our brands and require the highest quality of service. To be considered as a potential franchisee you will need to have:

  • Some estate agency or residential lettings experience, or for those with no experience a willingness to recruit a suitably experienced member of staff.
  • A highly customer-focused approach to business.
  • Sufficient funds to invest properly.
  • A clearly thought out and achievable business plan.
  • A hunger and drive to be the best at what you do.
  • A willingness to acquire membership of a professional body (NAEA, RICS or ARLA).

Training

One of the most important steps in getting a new franchise off to a good start is training. Dedicated to raising professional standards, Xperience has made a serious commitment to providing initial and ongoing training for all franchisees within the network. We have arranged for some of the industry’s best-known trainers to hold courses exclusively for our franchisees and their staff.

Our initial training consists of a residential course to cover the various aspects of lettings and management and the bespoke software systems.  A similar course covers the needs of residential sales.  These courses are backed up by an in branch training programme both before and after launch.

We also run in-house training courses such as:

  • Induction aimed at giving new employees a basic grounding in residential lettings ,essential compliance and residential sales leading to the Xperience Diploma.
  • Mortgage Workshop to improve the mortgage lead generation of sales staff.
  • Our experienced Franchise Directors and Field Managers can provide additional one-to-one training and IT support. They also have the necessary expertise and experience to ensure that franchisees are up-to-date on the latest estate agency and lettings legislation.

Most training is free during the term of franchise.

Launch programme

Setting up a franchise office within the Xperience network could not be easier with our comprehensive support package to smooth the way. This includes a full marketing and PR service to promote the launch as widely as possible in both the local and trade press. We also specialise in internet marketing and social networking sites to further promote the business.

We can also organise the fit out of offices to the highest standards with a specially designed shop fit-out package, tailored office furniture, a fully integrated IT and state-of-the-art phone system, top quality interior and window displays as well as an eye catching and contemporary facia.  Our experienced support staff will be with you, both prior to and after the franchise launch, to guide you in the early days.
