Ombudsman for Estate Agents and adhere closely to the OEA codes
of practice.
All new franchisees are required to become members of the National
Association of Estate Agents and will need to take the NAEA Technical
Award within the first year of operation.

As one of the UK's largest franchising networks, Xperience has
been able to negotiate special rates for our franchisees with companies
offering anything from computer supplies to landlord and tenant
insurance. We are also able to take advantage of group advertising
rates with selected publications.

In line with the network’s policy of making full use of today’s technology,
we have arrangements with some of the UK’s most innovative print companies.
Franchisees can now order stationery
quickly and efficiently via the Website to ensure that their printing
requirements are met in a professional, economic and compliant way.
There is also a selection of pre-designed marketing material that
can be accessed via the Website.
Xperience Conference & Exhibition
Held regularly in a central UK location the aim of this events is to
inform franchisees about the latest developments and best practice in Estate Agency. Key industry
figures are invited to share their thoughts on market issues whilst
the adjoining exhibition provides an ideal opportunity for franchisees
to visit the stands of Xperience approved suppliers.
Brand Meetings
A major factor in our success is the way individual offices work
together to support each other and promote the brands. To help encourage
this in the network, we hold a series of brand meetings and local
group forums throughout the year. Apart from providing useful networking
opportunities, these events allow us to introduce new and beneficial
services to franchisees and discuss and get approval on marketing
spend.
Awards
There are a range of awards and incentives to recognize franchisees'
success and help maintain a culture of excellence that exists within
the network. These include an annual awards ceremony with prizes
such as football or other corporate days, or trips to prestige destinations
throughout Europe. Every year our top performing franchisees are
invited to a day's clay pigeon shooting with full hospitality in
the Berkshire countryside.
