scale marketing activities across the country. Most Estate Agency
branches are very skilled at marketing themselves within their own
locality be that through local newspaper adverts, leaflets or a
whole range of other activities. Typically though, they are not
able to properly promote themselves on a larger scale to a regional
or even national audience and this is where the marketing spend
is invaluable.
All areas to be funded from the central spend are agreed by franchisees
and are in projects that they feel would most benefit their brand.
