Dedicated to raising professional standards, Xperience has made a serious commitment to providing on-going training for all franchisees within the network. We have arranged for some of the industry's best-known trainers to hold courses exclusively for our franchisees and their staff. Some of the courses we have run include:

We also run in-house training courses that are available on request such as:

• Induction aimed at giving new employees a basic grounding in residential estate agency and essential compliance.
• Mortgage Workshop to improve the mortgage lead generation of sales staff.
• Our experienced Field Managers can provide additional one-to-one training and IT support. They also have the necessary expertise and experience to ensure that franchisees are up-to-date on the latest estate agency legislation.
