Stage 1
Call or email us for an informal chat, an application form or to arrange an initial meeting.
Stage 2
A first meeting to explore the opportunities and areas. We will outline what is involved in one of Xperience’s franchise brands and the systems. We will give you more detailed financial information on receiving a signed confidentiality agreement. We would expect to understand how you might finance the franchise. In essence, a getting to know you session!
Stage 3
Subsequent meetings for both sides to agree suitability and prepare business plans. A fully completed application form is required for commencement of referencing. Guidelines to the Franchise Agreement and draft Agreement are made available. A refundable deposit may be required at this stage. We will commence the acquisition of premises process unless you already have a suitable property.
Stage 4
On completion of satisfactory referencing, Heads of Terms to the Franchise Agreement will be sent to you and/or your legal advisor for acceptance. A non-refundable deposit will now be required.
Stage 5
We will agree and implement the office fit out if not already in progress. We will implement the bespoke pre launch training programme for you and any employees. We will implement the agreed pre launch and launch marketing and PR programme. The franchise agreement will be completed and the balance of the fee will be payable.
Stage 6
Office opening! Planned launch event followed by post opening training.
